We wanted to put faces to the names.
The Feed The Hungry UK staff have increased in numbers over the last couple of months and we thought you’d like to get to know them a bit better.

For pictures of the team please visit: https://feedthehungry.org.uk/about-us/leadership-staff/

Gwyn Williams continues as Operations Manager and has recently come back from trips to Zambia, Italy and Switzerland. His passions are forming new business relationships and painting.

Gwyn is married to Lorraine who works as an accounts assistant at FTH UK. Lorraine enjoys being together with family and X men films.

Margaret Townson is FTH UK’s new office manager, whipping us all into shape and ensuring our policies and procedures are bang up to date. She is a calm and steady voice in the midst of a manic workforce. Margaret also helps at her local church food bank.

Paul Way has recently joined the team as Logistics Manager and our warehouse has never looked so good, or been so organised. A former YWAM base leader, he knows a thing or two about mission and leading people. He is married to Karen and they recently welcomed a new grandchild into the world. You are allowed to call him Grandpa Paul.

Ben Williams is our Communications Officer, who spends his days looking out for inspiring quotes, news worth sharing and also loves to help load lorries, as long as he gets a go with a pallet truck.

Rachel Bird who is our Volunteer Co-ordinator. Brilliant at bringing people together, she always creates a fun atmosphere for those who give their time to help.

Rich Smith is out media techie genius. Working out the problems no one else can, sorting out database issues and editing vast amounts of video. Rich recently became a Dad and therefore, caffeine keeps him awake.

Well, there you go. I hope that you have a bit more of an idea about who we are and what we love.

We are one big family here at FTH, also counting our international cousins, and we are glad that you are a part of it too. We would love to share your story about how you came to hear about Feed The Hungry UK and how you decided to make a difference. We’d love it if you got in touch.

God Bless,

FTH UK Team.
