350 families in Zambia have been made homeless after the land they had been living on for many years was seized by the courts and returned to the descendants of the original land owner. Amongst these families are 58 vulnerable widows and their families and 104 orphans.

Gifts made to Feed the Hungry go towards Feed the Hungry’s International ‘Every Child, Every Day’ Feeding Programme, Emergency Disaster Relief and building sustainable feeding and education projects in poor communities around the world, as well as supporting Christian ministry and providing ministry resources, wherever the need is greatest.

When donating by Direct Debit, your gift will usually take around 10 working days to be set up, before the donation is debited. Details of your Direct Debit will be emailed to you by the payment processor, Stripe.


Gift Aid

If you pay Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax, your gift can be boosted by 25% at no additional cost to you, through the UK Government's Gift Aid scheme.

To make use of the Gift Aid scheme, you need to confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations to all charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) in any tax year that Gift Aid is claimed, it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

Please inform Feed The Hungry if you would like to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. Feed The Hungry will try to claim Gift Aid on this donation and any previously made donations going back 4 years from today.
