The Power of Partnership
STRONGER TOGETHER
The phrase “two are better than one” comes from Ecclesiastes 4:9; “Two people are better off than one, for they help each other succeed. If one person fails, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.” (NLT)
Life should not be lived in isolation; that’s not God’s intention. It’s His desire that we live in relationship with each other and with Him. This idea of community with God at the heart of our relationships is central to the good news.
We are just a small team of people at Feed The Hungry, and without that community of partners, supporters, charities, missionaries and disciples we would be unable to achieve all that we do. If a definition of “church” is a community of believers, then that is surely what we are. A collaborative effort that establishes and serves God’s Kingdom. So on behalf of all of us, thank you so much for being part of this community.
